These General Conditions of Sale concern the online sale of products through the electronic commerce service on www.anasibe.com. The Site clearly details the main characteristics and prices of all products (including any additional cost). The products sold on the Site can only be purchased from and delivered to the countries listed in the Order Form. Any orders for shipments to unlisted countries is automatically rejected during the Order processing procedure.

These General Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions of Sale”) are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended and supplemented), and by electronic commerce regulations (Legislative Decree no. 70/ 2003, as amended and supplemented), and apply exclusively to the online sale of Products available on www.anasibe.com, next to which is the “Buy online” button, and to the Services detailed in these General Conditions of Sale and other sections of the Site. As specified in Articles 3 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Site at the time a Purchase Order (hereinafter, the “Purchase Order”) is submitted by the Customer (hereinafter, the “Customer”) shall prevail in the event changes are made to the General Conditions of Sale. These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.anasibe.com, and do not govern the supply of services or the sale of products, by parties other than the Seller, that are available on www.anasibe.com via links, banners or other hyperlinks. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we suggest checking the conditions of sale applied by such parties, being the Seller not responsible for services offered by third parties. Products are sold to a Customer identified by the data entered upon completion and submission of an Order form, and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. The products available on www.anasibe.com are intended for adult customers. If you are under the age of 18, in order to make a purchase on www.anasibe.com, you must first have the consent of one of your parents or a legal guardian. Remember: this requirement always applies not only to our site, but to all the sites you visit on the Internet: if, when browsing the Internet, you see or are asked for information that you do not understand or is not clear to you, always ask your parents for help. By placing an Order through this Website, you guarantee that you are of legal age (18 years old) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Customers are prohibited from providing false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious names in the online Order procedure and in further communication. The Seller reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, you release the Seller from any liability resulting from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data you provided when placing the Order online, being you, as Customer, the party that is solely responsible for their provision. Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, you release the Seller from any liability deriving from errors or delays in accessing the Website by the Customer when entering data during the purchase procedure. This exemption of liability also applies to a delay in confirming, or inability to confirm the receipt of an Order, or to any glitch that may occur due to problems with the Internet network, or to any other unforeseeable event out of the control of EPOQUE & CO SRL. Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, you release the Seller from any liability deriving from the non-operation or problems relating to the email address provided by the Customer for Order confirmation.
The Products and Services with the relative Prices posted on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the procedures specified in the General Conditions of Sale and on the Site. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on www.anasibe.com website. Any sales contracts entered into on the Site and concerning the Products and Services (hereinafter, the “Sales Contract” or simply the “Contract”) are entered into with EPOQUE & CO SRL. By online Sales Contract we mean the remote Contract concerning the sale of movable goods (hereinafter, the Products) entered into between you, the Customer, and EPOQUE & CO SRL, the Seller, as part of an electronic commerce service made available by the Seller which, for this purpose, relies upon the remote communication technology known as the Internet. In order to finalise a Contract for one or more Products, you will have to fill in the electronic Order form (hereinafter also the Order), and send it to the Seller via the Internet following the instructions provided. The Order contains: reference to these General Conditions of Sale; information and images of each Product and its price; method of payment you can use; methods of delivery of any Products purchased, delivery timetable, and cost of shipment and delivery; reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal; and methods and timetable for returning the purchased products. Although EPOQUE & CO SRL constantly adopts measures aimed at ensuring that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every possible technological solution to minimise inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and colour resolution features of the computer being used. Consequently, the Seller is not liable for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since such displays are merely for illustrative purposes.
By submitting an Order via the website, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale vis-à-vis the Seller. Once the Order has been submitted, the Seller will process it and send you an Order Confirmation (hereinafter, the “Order Confirmation”) by email to the address you provided. The Confirmation will summarise selected Products and Services, their Prices (including Delivery costs and any additional costs relating to the additional Services requested by the Customer), delivery address, Order number (hereinafter, the “Order Number”), General Conditions of Sale provided therein and any Special Conditions applicable to the individual Order, as determined on the basis of specific requests from the Customer. EPOQUE & CO SRL reminds the Customer to check with the utmost attention and care the accuracy of data contained in the Order Confirmation and to notify any change within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of Confirmation. The Order Number, generated by the system and notified by EPOQUE & CO SRL must be used by the Customer in any communication with EPOQUE & CO SRL. Occasionally, some products selected by the Customer may be unavailable or only a portion of the order may be available; in this case, the Customer will be notified by EPOQUE & CO SRL. Before sending the Order Confirmation, the Seller may request via email or telephone additional information from you concerning the Order. The Seller may elect not to process purchase orders which do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency, are incomplete or incorrect, or refer to out-of-stock products. In any such cases, we will inform you by email that the Contract has not been finalised and that the Seller has not processed your Order, specifying the reasons thereof. In this case, any amount previously held on the Customer’s method of payment will be released. If the products featured on the website are no longer available or offered after the Order has been submitted, it will be the Seller’s responsibility to promptly notify you in this regard and, in any case, within thirty (30) working days starting from the day following the day you submitted the Order. In this case, any amount previously held on the Customer’s method of payment will be released. Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more products, with no quantity limit for each item. Before entering into a Contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale, including the Information on the right of withdrawal and Privacy Policy concerning personal data processing. The Contract is finalised when the Seller, after receiving your Order Form and verifying data accuracy, has provided the shipment confirmation to the email address you provided on the website. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of Contract signing. Sales Contracts are available in Italian, and Italian law governs their implementation. EPOQUE & CO SRL reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute relating to a previous Order. This provision applies equally to all cases in which EPOQUE & CO SRL deems the Customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, in the case of previous violations of the terms of a Contract for online purchases on the Site, or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the Customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all the prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order are considered VAT included and expressed in Euro. The prices are always and only those listed on the website at the time an electronic Order is submitted. Product prices, offers and shipping and delivery costs may vary over time. If you send the Order some time after your last visit to the website, make sure that the prices have not changed and, therefore, check the final sale price before submitting an Order. All Products are shipped directly from Italy. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered not inclusive of any costs connected to Customs duties and related taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance if the shipment takes place in non-EU countries or in countries where current legislation requires import charges. In this case, any additional costs will be clearly mentioned during Order processing and revision. When due, these costs are charged to the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, in accordance with the instructions provided in the Order Confirmation. If the Customer does not collect the product, the Seller will reimburse the cost of the product but not any import and export costs charged by Customs, and related taxes and shipping costs incurred to return the product to the Seller. All Product Prices indicated on the Site are VAT-inclusive. The delivery costs (hereinafter, the “Delivery Costs”) and any costs relating to Additional Services made available by EPOQUE & CO SRL, as indicated in the following Articles of these General Conditions of Sale, are charged to the Customer and adequately detailed in the Purchase Order. The Price shown on the website at the time of Order submission is applied to the Products and Services, except for offers or any price changes that occur thereafter, as indicated on the website.
The Purchase Order must be made online through the order procedure on the Site (hereinafter, the “Order Procedure”), by clicking on the desired product, at which time the Product will migrate to the Shopping Cart. In order to proceed with filling in the Purchase Order, the Customer may, alternatively, comply with the following methods: If the Customer has already registered on the Site, it will be sufficient to enter the access credentials (username and password) in the “Login” section. If the Customer has not registered on the Site, it will be sufficient to enter the requested data in the appropriate form, in order to proceed with the Order. EPOQUE & CO SRL points out that the Customer, before proceeding with the Purchase, may, at any time, become a user of the Site by registering online via the “Register” page (to become a User of the Site). The Customer successfully completes the Order Procedure if the Site does not show any error messages (the system cannot detect errors with reference to data entered by the Customer in the billing and shipping address fields). In the “Your orders” section you can check the status of your Order, which can no longer be modified if it is “in progress”, “ready”, “shipped” and “closed”. If the Order has not yet been shipped, it is only possible to change the shipping address by contacting Customer Service via email at info@anasibe.com. It is advisable to provide a telephone contact in the email request to change the shipping address. In the event that the delivery is not successful, the Customer must immediately contact EPOQUE & CO SRL.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Products and any shipping and delivery costs can be paid by any of the methods indicated in the Order form posted on www.anasibe.com, and which are summarised below. Credit cards and prepaid cards The Customer can pay by credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or similar cards through the online credit card payment system, PayPal, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery (payment in cash to the courier). EPOQUE & CO SRL makes use of the maximum security measures commercially available in the sector. Furthermore, payments are processed on a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. For online orders on our Site we accept both credit card and prepaid card payments (for example, PostePay) without any additional charge on product and shipping. It is understood that the Customer must have a valid credit card when ordering online Products, and that the name on the credit card must match the billing information. If these requirements cannot be met, it is not possible to proceed with the Order. At the time of the online purchase, in conjunction with the Order Confirmation, the reference bank will only place a hold on the amount of the Order. The amount will be charged immediately upon payment completion via the online platform. At no time during the purchase procedure will EPOQUE & CO SRL be provided with your credit card information (for example, the credit card number or its expiry date), which is transmitted directly via a protected connection by means of an encrypted protocol to the site of the payment processor (bank or PayPal). No electronic archive of the Seller will store such data. PayPal If you have a PayPal account, EPOQUE & CO SRL offers you the possibility of making a PayPal payment by accessing your account registered on www.paypal.com. Bank transfer You can pay for your Order quickly and securely using your home banking information through the payment platform. The amount will be drawn from your account and the Product will ship after the payment has been processed. The Order must be paid at the time it is submitted to EPOQUE & CO SRL. The Seller may automatically cancel an Order if a payment is not received by the end of the following 7 (seven) days. The payment receipt, or the invoice, if VAT is applicable, will be posted to the “Your orders” section of the Site.
Each shipment contains: the product(s) ordered, any accompanying documentation required based on the destination country, any information and marketing material, and gadgets, if any. The Products purchased on the Seller’s website can be delivered in a variety of methods. Delivery to the Customer’s home The purchased Products will be delivered by a courier selected by the Seller to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the Order. The shipment will be covered by insurance. Review the 24h Shipping section for additional information on costs, delivery methods and times, and countries served. Upon delivery by the courier, please carefully inspect the packages for integrity. In the event of damage, ask the courier to take note of any problem and reject the delivery, after notifying the EPOQUE & CO SRL Customer Service at info@anasibe.com. Delivery to the Customer’s home The purchased Products will be delivered by a courier selected by the Seller to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the Order. The shipment will be covered by insurance. Refer to the FAQs for additional information on costs, delivery methods and times, and countries served. In Italy, we ship by express courier within 24/72 hours, with insurance coverage and signature on delivery. Abroad, we ship by express courier, with different delivery times, depending on the destination country. When the Order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number attached to a link to the courier’s website and to the shipment status. The tracking number is used to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date. Orders of items readily available, with payment made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery made by 4:00 pm are shipped on the same day, or within 24 hours if the item is available in one of our brick-and-mortar stores. For all orders involving backordered items, the shipping date is indicated at the time of Order confirmation.
A Customer who is defined a “Consumer” pursuant to Article 3 of the Consumer Code, is afforded the rights referred to in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/02/2014, and, therefore, the right to withdraw from a Sales Contract (hereinafter, the “Right of Withdrawal”) for any reason, without justification and any penalty, provided that the Seller is notified in this regard within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer and other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the merchandise. However, EPOQUE & CO SRL, by commercial choice and to better meet its customers’ needs, extends the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal to thirty (30) days, starting from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer and different from Carrier, acquires physical possession of the merchandise. We remind you that, as required by current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply and, therefore, cannot be exercised if the products you have purchased have been customised, even with simple engravings, or have been made to measure for you, upon your explicit request at the time of the Order. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only a part (Partial Withdrawal) of the EPOQUE & CO SRL Products purchased by the Consumer. A Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must provide adequate and explicit notification thereof to EPOQUE & CO SRL on the dedicated withdrawal form, to be submitted to the relevant Contacts, or by accessing the website www.anasibe.com, and, specifically, the section “DO YOU NEED INFO?”, then “EASY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS”, and following the instructions detailed in the section “HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE (ONLY FOR ITALY)”. By accessing the section “DO YOU NEED INFO?”, then “EASY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS” and following the instructions provided in the section “HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE (ONLY FOR ITALY)” within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receipt of the Product, you can inform us of your wish to withdraw from the Contract, indicating which Products will be returned. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the Products must be returned in their entirety, rather than parts thereof, including in the case of kits; the Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; the Products must be returned in their original packaging (meaning the packaging of the single product); the Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment; in the event that the returned product(s) were part of an Order that entitled the Customer to a gift, the Customer must also return the gift. Withdrawal Form When exercising the right of Withdrawal, the Customer must return the goods within 30 days from the day on which EPOQUE & CO SRL was notified of the Customer’s intent to withdraw from the Contract, pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The return can be requested through the EPOQUE & CO SRL website within 30 days of item receipt. After logging in to www.anasibe.com via the access credentials, go to “CONTACT US and fill out the Contact form to specify the reason for the return and your Order number. It is possible to request a refund or an exchange: request a refund if you want the refund of the amount spent for the items you want to return; ask for the Store Credit in case you want to exchange an item. The Store Credit can also be used immediately by placing an Order on the Site. The new Order will be shipped by EPOQUE & CO SRL only after the returned items has been received. It is important that you contact Customer Service by email at info@anasibe.com to let us know on which day and at what time you wish the courier to collect the package. You must place the items to be returned in a sealed and protected box or envelope. The courier will already have the label with our shipping address and the information on the Customer who placed the Order, so it is not necessary to write anything on the package. The merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.), and with tax documentation attached. EPOQUE & CO SRL will refund the sum paid for the returned Products, including any shipping costs, within a maximum period of 30 days, after verifying that all the return requirements have been met. As required by current legislation, EPOQUE & CO SRL may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or, at its sole discretion, until the Customer demonstrates that the merchandise has been returned to EPOQUE & CO SRL. Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (containing the “Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal”) for remote and off-premises Sales Contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of “purchase of made-to-measure or clearly customised merchandise”. Reimbursement methods If you exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set forth above, the Seller must reimburse the sums paid by the Customer no later than 30 days of the latter’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the Product has been returned and inspected by EPOQUE & CO SRL. The Seller will use the same means of payment used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly ask the Seller to use a different methods and the latter accepts the request. If the Order was paid for via PayPal, the refund will be made to the card or account used for payment, while if the Order was paid for by credit card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment (it is not possible to use a different card for refund). If the Order was paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer: Contact Customer Service at info@anasibe.com to provide us with the IBAN number to which the refund must be deposited. If the Order was paid by COD (cash payment to the courier), the refund will be made by bank transfer; contact Customer Service at info@anasibe.com to provide us with the IBAN number to which the refund must be deposited. Returns are processed by Customer Service within approximately one working week. The availability of refunds made to a credit card or current accounts may vary depending on the recipient banks, though it generally takes about 2/3 working days to be credited. In the event of a standard Withdrawal, the only costs you will pay will be the initial shipping costs calculated for the Order. If you have selected a different and more expensive delivery option, any additional costs paid will not be refunded. All other expenses will be reimbursed by the Seller, including the costs of delivery of the returned goods (with the exception of any additional costs that may have been incurred if the Customer selected the more expensive delivery option). The only case in which the Customer is entitled to a refund of the Product price, as well as shipping and return costs is for defective products or the delivery of products that do not match the Order placed by the Customer, or in the event of damage due to transport or shipping errors by the Seller. For any of the cases listed above, EPOQUE & CO SRL will bear the transport costs incurred to return the products. Returns can be requested within 30 days of merchandise receipt. If possible, place the item(s) to be returned inside the original box; if this is not possible, for safety reasons, we recommend that you accurately package and protect the item(s). The courier will have the pre-printed label with our shipping details and customer reference information. Exchange of products, Store Credit If the right of withdrawal is exercised by you in accordance with the requirements set forth above, you can select to request a refund or, during the return procedure, opt for a Store Credit of the same value as the amount you spent, to be used for a new and different purchase on www.anasibe.com; just click on the option to confirm your choice. Remember that the Store Credit must be used within twelve months from the date of issue and, therefore, is no longer valid after its expiry”.
All Products sold on the Site are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity, provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legal Guarantee). More specifically, the warranty on products sold by EPOQUE & CO SRL differs according to whether the buyer is a “Consumer” or a “Professional”, pursuant to Directive 1999/44/EC concerning “certain aspects of sales contracts and warranties concerning consumer goods”. If you purchase as a “Consumer”, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity with which a seller must comply by law as it pertains to each item sold (the “Legal Warranty”). The Legal Warranty – which EPOQUE & CO SRL, as Seller, must provide – warrants that the merchandise is free of defects. RECIPIENTS The Legal Warranty applies to consumers. Therefore, it is applied only to users who have made a purchase on the Site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity. Those who have purchased on the Site and who do not qualify as consumers will be covered by the warranty on the item sold, the warranty of lack of conformity, and other guarantees provided for by the Italian Civil Code, with their terms, forfeiture criteria and limitations. WHEN IT APPLIES The Seller (and, therefore, as regards purchases made on www.anasibe.com) is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the Product, and which occurs within two years after such delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported to the Seller, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, within two months from the date on which it was discovered. Therefore, the warranty is valid provided that the following conditions are met: the defect occurs within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; the Customer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was discovered by the latter, unless this requirement is in conflict with the prevailing provisions in force in the Customer’s country of residence; unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that lack of conformity that occurs within six months of delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the product, or of the lack of conformity. Starting from the seventh month following the delivery of the Product, it will be the Consumer’s responsibility to prove that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery of the Product. In order to take advantage of the Legal Warranty, you will therefore first need to provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. Therefore, for the purposes of meeting this requirement, it is advisable that you keep the purchase receipt or any other document that can certify the date of the purchase (for example, the credit card statement) and the date of delivery.
Lack of conformity is invoked when the purchased merchandise: is not suitable for use consistent with the purpose for which goods of the same type are normally used; is not consistent with the description given by the Seller and does not possess the same qualities of the merchandise that the Seller showcased to the Consumer as a sample or model; does not have the standard qualities and performance of a product of the same type, and which the Consumer can reasonably expect, also taking into account the advertising or label declarations; is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Consumer, as brought up by the latter to the Seller’s attention upon completing the sale transaction by Contract accepted by the Seller. Therefore, any faults or malfunctions or defects of any other type caused by accidental events or by your negligence or by use of the product that does not comply with its intended use and/or with the provisions of the attached technical documentation, if any, or in the instructions for use are excluded from the scope of the Legal Warranty. Concerning watches, accessories, such as bands, case and glass are generally not covered by the warranty. We also remind you that although EPOQUE & CO SRL constantly adopts measures aimed at ensuring that the photographs of the products displayed on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the implementation of every possible technological solution to minimise inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical and colour resolution characteristics of the computer used. As a result, the Seller is not liable for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products displayed on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since such displays are merely for illustrative purposes.
If the Customer duly reports a lack of conformity within the deadline, he/she shall be entitled to: Primarily, the free-of-charge repair of the goods, unless this remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous, in which case, the Seller will proceed with the replacement, always provided that the merchandise in question is still available; secondarily, (i.e., in the event that the repair or replacement is impossible or excessively expensive, or the repair or replacement has not been made within a reasonable time, or the repair or replacement previously made caused considerable inconvenience to the Consumer), a price reduction or termination of the sale Contracts, at the Consumer’s discretion. An excessively burdensome remedy is understood to be one that imposes unreasonable expenses on the Seller compared to the alternative remedies that can be considered, taking into account (i) the value that the goods would have if there were no lack of conformity; (ii) the extent of the lack of conformity; (iii) the possibility that the alternative remedy can be implemented without significant inconvenience for the Consumer.
In the event of termination of the Sales Contract, EPOQUE & CO SRL will return the Total amount paid by the Customer. In the event of a price reduction, EPOQUE & CO SRL will refund any amount in excess of the reduced price. The refund or reduction amount will be notified to the Customer by email and credited to the selected payment method. In particular, in the event of lack of conformity, the Customer who has entered into the Sales Contract as a Consumer has the right to receive a compliant product without charge, by repair or replacement of the defective Product, or to receive a price reduction or terminate the sale Contract and receive a refund. The exchange or refund of a product with obvious manufacturing defects will be possible within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Product; beyond this deadline, if the item falls within the specifications of the Assistance Centres (different for each brand) can be repaired under warranty. The timetable for repairs under warranty vary according to each product brand, ranging from 45 to 60 working days.

The Customer acknowledges, accepts and agrees that all communications, notifications, certifications, information, reports and any documentation on the operations performed, referring to the purchase of the Products, will be emailed to the address provided at the time of registration, with the possibility of downloading the information on a durable medium in the ways and within the restrictions established by the Site.

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted on the basis thereof. Through the ODR platform, the Customer will be able to consult the list of ODR bodies, find the link to each of them and initiate an ODR procedure. In the event of any modification to these General Conditions of Sale, EPOQUE & CO SRL will promptly post their latest version to its Site. Following their publication on the Site, any amended General Conditions of Sale will become an integral part of new Contracts, starting from the first Order placed by Customers at that time. The previous version of the General Conditions of Sale apply to all Orders already submitted before the publication of their latest version.
Should a present or future provision of the General Conditions of Sale and/or the Contract be or become wholly or partially null and/or ineffective, or there is a discrepancy between the provisions of the General Conditions of Sale and/or the Contract, the remaining provisions of the General Conditions of Sale and of the Contract will remain valid and effective in any case. It is understood that EPOQUE & CO SRL and the Customer undertake to resolve in good faith any discrepancy or the replacement of the null and/or ineffective clause with the aim of achieving the same results pursued by any ineffective clause, and to safeguard the contents of the Contract, including its economic provisions.

You can pay for your Order quickly and securely using your bank information through the payment platform. The amount will be drawn from your account and the Product will ship after the payment has been processed.
The Order must be paid when it is submitted to Tuo Sofa, with the understanding that the payment may be automatically canceled by the Seller if it is not received within 7 (seven) days of Order submission.

Can I receive the invoice?
On Anasibe you can receive the commercial invoice if you have placed an order as a Company or as a self-employed professional.
If you are not yet registered, register as a Company or a self-employed professional on the “Login page” and place the order under your account.
If you already have a personal account but want to receive an invoice, create a new account under your Company’s name and place the order under that account.
Before placing an order, remember that:
Commercial invoices can only be issued to Italian companies.

Each shipment contains:
product(s) ordered, any accompanying documentation required based on the destination country, any information and marketing material, and gadgets, if any.
The Products purchased on the Seller’s website can be delivered in a variety of methods.
The purchased Products will be delivered by a courier selected by the Seller to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the Order. The shipment will be covered by insurance. Upon delivery by the courier, please carefully inspect the packages for integrity. In the event of damage, ask the courier to take note of any problem and reject the delivery, after notifying the EPOQUE & CO SRL Customer Service at info@anasibe.com.
Delivery to the Customer’s home
The purchased Products will be delivered by a courier selected by the Seller to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the Order. The shipment will be covered by insurance. Refer to the FAQs for additional information on costs, delivery methods and times, and countries served.
In Italy, we ship by express courier within 24/72 hours, with insurance coverage and signature on delivery. Abroad, we ship by express courier, with different delivery times, depending on the destination country. When the Order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number attached to a link to the courier’s website and to the shipment status. The tracking number is used to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date. Orders of items readily available, with payment made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery made by 4:00 pm are shipped on the same day, or within 24 hours if the item is available in one of our brick-and-mortar stores. For all orders involving backordered items, the shipping date is indicated at the time of Order confirmation.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the Consumer Code), the Seller applies the right of withdrawal from contracts without penalty, and which the Customer can invoke within 15 calendar days, elapsing from the day of receipt of the goods. To take advantage of this right, you must contact the Seller by telephone, fax or e-mail.
The cancellation by telephone must be followed by a fax or an email with delivery receipt within the following 48 hours.
Within 10 (ten) working days, return the goods to Salute Center. The goods must be received intact, with any and all components in place, and placed in the original packaging accompanied by all the delivery documents.
The Customer accepts to return the merchandise to the Seller under his/her sole responsibility, and to cover all the shipping costs. The Seller will refund the value of the goods (net of shipping costs and the fixed amount of € 8.90 for administrative fees and invoice registration), once the returned merchandise has been inspected and no damage has been identified, within 30 (thirty) working days, as provided by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.
Attention: the right of withdrawal from a Contract does not apply in the event of a product ordered by mistake by the Customer, customised and orthopedic products, mattresses removed from their original wrapping, or products on which specific modifications have been made at the Customer’s request.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to the purchase of spare parts.
